Employee Benefits in a Box
Eb in a Box is a turn-key solution for employers with 10-250 eligible employees. Best-in-class products, services, technology, and communication from a single source are leveraged to offer a streamlined and innovative employee benefit process that is quick and easy.
Benefits That Benefit Children is a cause marketing program specific to worksite voluntary benefits. Only select agencies across the U.S. can offer this program. BTBC creates donations for children’s hospitals listed.* This program is a differentiator, allowing the employer to give back to the community without cost. The donations are funded by the listed carrier sponsors. The products have the same rates, underwriting and commission. The donation is “created” by the employer and the employer is recognized with a novelty check presentation and press release, if desired.
Carrier Sponsors:
- Chubb Insurance: Lifetime Benefit Term (LBT), Critical Illness, Accident, STD; $10 donation for each employee that purchases or waives coverage. No purchase required.
- LifeLock: Donation of 90 cents per policy per month. The donation continues as long as the policy is in force
- Legal Access: Donatio.n of $1 per policy per month. The donation continues as long as the policy is in force.
- GotZoom: Donation of $1 per member per month. The donation continues as long as the membership is in force.
