Dental & Vision Insurance

We provide very competitive Dental and Vision plans that can be offered on either an employer-paid Group or Voluntary basis. The participation requirements vary by Carrier, and are based on whether the offering is 100% Voluntary, or if the employer is going to contribute towards the cost of the plan. Orthodontia is also available to the group, as long as there are at least 10 applicants.

Contact our office for a proposal for one of our comprehensive Dental plan options from top rated carriers. PPO Network plan designs for both Dental and Vision are available, as well as Group plans. Our Agency can enroll and service the plans for the Broker and Client if needed, but the offering must be combined with other Voluntary Work-site products for Chimienti & Associates to handle enrollment and service.
