This is an open letter of recommendation for Toney Chimienti and Chimienti &
Associates. The City of Santa Maria has done business with Chimienti & Associates
for over ten years. Toney has been the City's representative for that period of
time providing outstanding services to the City and its employees.
Toney was instrumental in initiating the City's Section 125 plan and has acted in
the capacity of administrator since the plan's inception in 1990. Chimienti &
Associates have been responsible for the annual open enrollments and ongoing administration
of the program. Toney has also served City employees as general agents for Colonial
Life and Accident Company insurance programs.
Chimienti & Associates have consistently and conscientiously provided services
to the City in an open, honest, intelligent, "no surprises," cost-effective manner
for many years. The high quality of services and the customer-friendly approach
that Chimienti & Associates provides is second to none. When any sort of problem
or error has been detected, Toney is quick to call with a "heads up" and a list
of options to resolve the problem - quickly, efficiently and effectively.
