Pelco has had a relationship with Chimienti and Associates for the past three years. At that time, we were looking for ways to effectively recruit and retain our employees without the added cost of employer-paid benefits. Voluntary benefits seemed to be the best avenue to use.

We solicited bids from two organizations, one of which was Chimienti and Associates. As the HR Director, I was particularly interested in choosing Chimienti because I had worked with Toney Chimienti and his group previously when I was the Personnel Manager with the City of Tulare. I knew the Chimienti track record and knew that they would meet the high demands and expectations that Pelco places on it's suppliers. Therefore, we chose them as our voluntary benefits supplier.

The Chimienti group knows what they are doing and they have a long track record with voluntary benefits. I have found that they have a good product and their customer service is very good. I would recommend Chimienti and Associates to any employer without reservation.
