Q: How are Voluntary Benefits implemented most effectively within an employer group?
A: We have found that when a full group Orientation is allowed,
along with one-on-one appointments within one week following Orientations, we have
true success in implementation. This allows employees to ask questions of the Benefits
Counselor, and then take information home to discuss with their spouses. With this
approach, the time spent in the one-on-one appointments is time constructively spent
discussing the needs of the individual employee.
