employees navigate through their Voluntary Benefit options. Our goal is to assist you in the utilization of
all your benefit elections offered to you through your employer. If your employer participates in the On-Line Employer
Services Package, you may sign on using the View My Benefits link below.
If your employer does not participate in the On-Line Employer Services Page, you
may not have access to view your benefits on-line. You may contact our office directly
to review your current benefits and benefit options. Please call, fax or email the
Chimienti & Associates office for more information.
The links below are a gateway to your employee benefits and have been made available
to you by your employer. You may review existing benefits and make changes (in accordance
with your employer's terms and open enrollment schedule). You will also find information
including rate and plan descriptions. You may view printable brochures, claim forms,
duplicate policy forms, service request forms, benefit descriptions and other miscellaneous
items, when available. If you are a first-time user, you will need to register to
create a username and password. Please click the first-time user link and follow
the online instructions. Please remember to keep your username and password in a
safe place.
Tulare County Employees
You may be unable to access your account if you are currently a Tulare County employee.
A complete census was not provided from your employer. If you have never taken part
in any of the voluntary benefits offered to you, you will not have account access.
You may visit a Benefits Counselor during your Open Enrollment period or you may
contact our office directly.
