BENEFIT SERVICE CENTER
Chimienti & Associates maintains a fully staffed Service Center
for client support. Trained Benefits counselors are always available 8-5pm, Monday
through Friday, to answer client questions.
For large cases and multi-state enrollments, our Call Center is fully staffed to
support annual enrollment processes. The Center is also available to support Internet
based enrollments. This way, employees who are unclear on the enrollment process,
or need questions answered pertaining to the benefits offering, will have the support
they need to enroll in the plans they have selected.
